Abstract
On the 21st of May, Irfan Ali was badly injured in the incidents that took place in Ledra Street. Last Monday, at 23:30, he died in a military hospital. After his funeral, some Greek Cypriots threw stones and as a result of the incidents, one Greek Cypriot died and fifteen people were wounded.
21 mayıs pazar günü, Ledra Caddesi'ndeki olaylarda ağır yaralanan polis eri İrfan Ali, geçen pazartesi gece, tedavi için bulunduğu askeri hastahanede saat 23:30'da vefat etmiştir. Cenaze töreni sonrası, bazı Rumların Türkleri taşlamaları üzerine çıkan olaylarda bir Rum ölmüş olup, on beş kişi ise yaralanmıştır.
