Abstract

Nineteen-year old Turkish Cypriot Cemal Hamuza, a special constable from Arodes and currently living in Limassol, is accused of stealing a loaded police revolver between the 15th and 22th of August 1956. His brother, Mustafa Hamuza, a veterinarian's assistant, is also accused for possessing the revolver.
