Abstract
Two Turkish Cypriots of which one was a special constable, were accused of revolver possession. The two Turkish Cypriots, Alber Zihni and Arikan Bahrieli, had a skirmish with two Greek Cypriots passing by them in Xerou beach. At that point the Turkish Cypriot Alber Zihni, pointed the gun and aimed at the two Greek Cypriots, Bahrieli encouraged Zihni to shoot them. The Greek Cypriots got away and embarked to an incoming vehicle, reporting the incident to the police. After the arrest, the accused claimed that they found the revolver abandoned under a bridge.
