Abstract
Mr Colin Legum, a reporter from the Observer, made an interview with the mayor of Nicosia, Dr. Themistoklis Dervis. During the interview, when the issue of EOKA was asked, Dervis claimed that "we are all EOKA." The paper criticises this and asks whether this is a crime or not, since EOKA is a terrorist organisation.
