Ο Ντενκτάς άσκησε σφοδρή κριτική στο Λονδίνο εναντίον μερικών Τουρκοκύπριων οι οποίοι αφού έλαβαν χρηματικά ποσά από την κυβέρνηση της Κύπρου έφυγαν στην Αγγλία.. Συγκεκριμένα η προπαγάνδα αναφέρει ότι επικρατεί πείνα, δεν υπάρχει πιθανότητα επιβίωσης στην Κύπρο, όπως επίσης ότι η Ομοσπονδία Τουρκοκυπριακών Οργανώσεων επιβάλει φόρους στον Τουρκικό πληυθσμό. Η Κύπρος έπαψε να είναι πατρίδα τους λέει τέλος ο Ντενκτάς.

Denktash criticized fiercely the propaganda of some Turkish-Cypriots in London, who after they received money from the Cyprus Government, they fled to England.
