Ο Δρ. Ιχσάν Αλή και ο Μακάριος συναντήθηκαν για μία ώρα και συμφώνησαν και οι δύο για τις ευθύνες του Κιουτσούκ και του Ντενκτάς. Σύμφωνα με γράμμα το οποίο έστειλε ο Δρ. Αλή στον κ. Θαντ, υποστηρίζεται ότι οι συμφωνίες Λονδίνου Ζυρίχης είναι διαιρετικές και χρειάζεται μία πραγματικά ανεξάρτητη λύση. Επίσης, υποστηρίζει την κατάργηση των "Πράσινων Γραμμών" και την επιστροφή των Τούρκων στα σπίτια τους.

Dr. Ihsan Ali and Makarios met for an hour and both agreed about the responsibilities of Kucuk and Denktash. According to a letter that dr.
