Abstract
Mehmet Hasan, an eighteen year old carpenter was supposed to be tried for bringing an assault weapon, a wooden stick with nails, into a public place. Irfan Emir Ali, Moustafa Emir Otmanoglou and Alkan Mehmet were also supposed to be tried for bringing assault weapons, two wooden sticks and an iron one, into a public place. They were also involved in an illegal meeting which aimed to disturb the public peace. These cases have been withdrawn because the witnesses have left the island.
