Abstract
Charalambos Euagorou Fakkouras, twenty-one years old, was sentenced to three years in jail for shooting Christos Dorotheos from the same village of Dhiorios. Fakkouras and Dorotheos were friends and the crime was not due to political reasons but jealousy over a young woman. The defendants pleaded guilty and his lawyers were G. Clerides and N. Rolandis. Dorotheos, under court questioning, states that he doesn't hold a grudge against Fakkouras.
